While it looks almost identical to the standard all-leather 1985 version from afar, the "Twist" replaces the standard black leather panels with textured synthetic pony hair, giving the shoe a unique, high-fashion aesthetic. It also features a distinct metallic, raised black Wings logo on the ankle instead of a flat stamped design.
