Shipping policy
Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
We offer the following shipping options within New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders, and customers are responsible for these additional costs.
In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup at our Auckland store:

🕒 Pickup Hours: Monday - Sunday, 11 AM - 5 PM
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your confirmation email and a valid photo ID when collecting your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at theworldisomni@gmail.com. We will work with the courier service to investigate the issue. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
